My Weekend

Splash! As I hit the water my whole entire body felt like it froze due to the temperature
of the freezing cool refreshing water.As I emerged to the top of the water,I could feel the
coldness of wind blowing pass me. “Jump Mihi” I yelled to my cousin Mihiata to jump.
“Uhh no thank you” she replied as she made her way down the ladder. “Your so boring”
I said to her.As I swam away I heard her moan and then a splash, “Finally” I said as to
her as I was turning around.Now lets go swim properly. “You too Marta and Orongo”.
About half an hour later my Aunty and my Mum came down with my cousins.We ended
up going to the waterfall because it was too cold were we were swimming so
we got out of the water and made our way to the waterfall.When we got there we
realised that the sun was gone and it was only darkness left.Despite the coldness
I still went under the waterfall,Now it was at this moment I knew I messed up.After
getting out of the waterfall my whole entire body was numb.Regretting that decision
I ran back to my mum asked for my towel and completely wrapped myself up.After that
my mum took Marta and I to her house.When we got there I said goodbye to my mum
and then she left.Marta and I just spent the night having a party for her birthday and that
was all I did for the weekend.
