Tuesday 27th October In Paihia On a sunny Sunday my family and I were going to Paihia. So we all got up but first we got dressed and then we all ran outside and played cricket.The teams were Tane, Me and my little cousin Tamina. In the other team was my cousin Mana, Jahnel and my cousin Adam. We played the song Hula Hoop by Omi and Sorry by Justin Bieber. In the video there were girls dancing. I knew some of them. Samaya, and Paris Goebel. After that my mum told us to go to the van. Before we went to the van we all got some equipment like the basketball and the rugby ball. Then we went to Paihia and my mum came with our towels and clothes. My dad came with us too and Parry. She's my cousin. When we got to Paihia we all jumped out of the van and ran down to the sand because my mum and dad told us to build a big castle. That was fun. I made a big one with a sand wall and a sticky wall and another wall made out of rocks. Then there was seaweed. I put seaweed all over my castle and my cousins made some with stuff all over it but then I ran to the park. I played on the flying fox but I accidently pushed my cousin Jahnel off the flying fox. A little while later we went home and then we watched the movie on the laptop. We connected it to the tv with the HDMI cord. The movie we watched was a funny movie. It was called 22 Jump Street.

My book review

This week I was reading The Menagerie Dragon on Trial It is a fiction the Author is Tui t Sutherland and its about a dragon and this dragon lives in a cave and on the mountain and there is this castle and this king sent some guards to kill the dragon but they are scared of the dragon.

My favorite part was when the princess followed the guards to the dragon's cave when they got there the princess was hiding behind a tree and the guards left her behind. So the princess ran in the cave and started to train and feed the dragon. . What have you been reading?

This is my draft two. What I want to get better at is adding more detail and using interesting words and phrases.

Three Bad Things

I would regret telling you this but I will anyway.It all started when mum and dad said lets go to Whangarie. Well three bad things happen to me that day...

 When we were in the car I got car sick.Then we stopped at the park and something came out It was vomit I spewed all over my mum at the park . She said “ yuck what did you eat Kaya” My dad laughed. That was the first bad thing. After that we went to my nan’s house and my cousin’s were there and we had a bike race.

 I crashed into a tree that was the second bad thing and I got my cousin’s attention and she crashed into me that was the third bad thing . I will never forget that most disgusting time when I spewed all over my mum.
